3rd November, the DJ and producer ROI will release his new vinyl, Tigre, an intimate EP with four tracks in which he pays tribute to the dog who was his partner in laughter, learning and adventures in recent years: Tigre. The work will be available from Friday 24 November on Beatport and, from 8 December, on all other digital platforms.

The artist from A Coruña, co-director of Fanzine Records label and Fanzine Fest, is undoubtedly one of the essential figures of spanish techno scene in the last two decades. A promoter of club culture and a driving force behind events such as FIRC and FEC.

Pascal Ibiza about Tigre:

Your dog is your soulmate. His love for you is pure, innocent and unconditional. He always has time for you. He never gets tired of waiting for you. He teaches you how to live a simple, happy life. His company heals your problems. He blesses you with the best days of his life.
But his existence is too short. The day he leaves you is the worst of your life. Your heart is cracked.
Some time ago Tigre left this existence. A deep wound was formed in Roi's heart.

Some feelings only can be expressed through art. Heavenly melodies, syncopated rhythms, avantgarde electro: with this moving and intimate EP, Roi transmits his love for his soulmate and creates an eternal bond between the two of them.

A-side (pain and sorrow) and B-side (gratitude) connect the dots of Tigre's picture, who comes back through his soulmate's music. And Roi's wound can heal, because love and music go hand in hand.

Close your eyes, pay full attention and connect with Tigre's soul. You will hear his steps getting close to you.
